There are many facial oils on the market these days and it can be difficult to know which to choose.
Personally, I look for rose, or rose water. This is a known calming ingredient, which helps my redness. Secondly, I look for collagen, to help combat wrinkles and promote skin cell regeneration!
So, let me introduce to you Skin Kissed Vitamin C Serum. An antioxidant oil that includes the following ingredients:
Aqua (Water), Rosa Damascene (Rose Water) Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Glycerine, Hyaluronic Acid, Pheonoxyethanol, Collagen.
What I’m most curious about, is the rumours that vitamin C helps to prevent and treat the damage of UV rays. Rosacea is particularly inflamed by UV, so this can only be a positive.
It also contains hyaluronic acid, known widely for it’s hydrating properties.
Expecting good things, I started using this oil every morning and night, after cleansing. However, they also reccomend trying it as a primer before applying your foundation. It’s non-greasy and absorbs really quickly into your skin.
The next morning, my skin was consistently smooth and moisturised. I do genuinely believe it looked brighter too! I must note that I used my regular moisturiser (Clinique Redness Solutions) alongside it, as reccomended on their website.
Results were apparent after only one use, so I can see why there is the option to buy three bottles at once! This is going to become a firm favourite for many.
Thanks to SkinKissed for sending me the serum. All views are my own.
